Spravato® is an FDA-approved nasal spray used alongside an oral antidepressant to treat adults with treatment-resistant depression or major depression with suicidal thoughts. At Breakthrough HQ, this treatment is administered in-office under close medical supervision, followed by a required 2-hour observation period. Patients must arrange transportation home, as driving is not permitted until the following day.

Wondering if ADHD might be affecting you or your child? Our ADHD Evaluation with QB Test combines a detailed one-on-one assessment with an FDA-cleared computer test that measures focus, activity, and impulsivity.

You’ll meet with a provider for your first visit (60 minutes) to review symptoms, history, and how ADHD may be impacting daily life.

After completing the QB Test at home, you’ll return for your second visit (60 minutes) to go over results, get your questions answered, and—if you’re already a Breakthrough HQ patient—discuss treatment options.

QB Test fee: $200 (paid after the 1st visit). This fee is separate from both appointment fees, which are determined by your insurance if using insurance.
